Dental Veneers in Mexico | Cosmetic Dentistry

To start, what are Dental veneers in Mexico? First of all, and as you may already know, dental veneers are custom-designed shells made out of ceramic or composite resin material to protect or cover a tooth. In addition, a veneer is placed over the surface of a tooth in order to protect an area where a natural tooth’s enamel has worn down, or where a tooth has been chipped or cracked.

What to know before your want or need Dental Veneers

It is important to know that a dental veneer procedure will generally take a minimum of two visits over a six-week period. A comparison between the U.S., Dental veneers in Mexico are very thin so typically very little is required in reshaping a tooth for a veneer.

About the procedure

In your first appointment at Denticenter®, our dentists will conduct a thorough examination of your mouth’s overall health as well as addressing all concerns you may have and see if you are a good candidate.

Second, our dentists will go over which type of veneer is best for you, along with what color will most naturally match your teeth.

Third of all, our technical specialist will scan the area in which your dental veneers will be placed.

Finally, the dentist will make an impression of the teeth in which you are having veneers placed.

Other dental clinics send off or work with older methods that are more rigurus and messy, but at  Denticenter®, we have the latest technology, with 3D scaning and desingning with an inhouse team fo specialists.

If needed, you will receive a temporary veneer whale the permanent one is being made. Once bonded in place, the permanent veneers are relatively strong and durable.

What to expect after the Dental Veneers?

Some veneer patients will experience temporary sensitivity to hot and cold foods or beverages. There should not be any pain or swelling after a veneer procedure is completed. Finally, avoid particularly hard or sticky foods as much as possible, since the veneer is not the same as a permanent tooth.
